I was presented for the Open Conference and A.J.M.Meeting organized by NAAC at Mattham Hotel, Bangalore on 2nd to 4th March 2011. Therefore, members were presented from various parts of the world. Such as Asia Pacific Section (102), India (295), Maharashtra (95) and Myself one from Solapur District, Maharashtra. As NAAC had Organized Seminar, I decided to go to Bangalore and also to visit the mines at Kolar, near Bangalore, Karnataka. I managed and was presented for the Conference and Meeting.
The G.R., made by Government of Maharashtra, states that it is compulsory to do Accreditation and Reaccreditations from NAAC for every College. So College and University have to send every three month report to the Government. As the world has become a Global village and the knowledge has been divided into several dimensions, it is important that everyone has to prove their quality on how one c:eates a valuable diamond from knowledge. Last year, the college has sent a letter of inion to the NAAC Committee for Reaccreditations and Reassessment Report (RAR), but the Reassessment process has been delayed by the University.
As referred at Pune Principal's Organization under UGC 2F and 12B, it is must to get a Certificate from University for the Affiliation of an Institute. As per G.R. of UGC 12th July 1974 NC. F33-34/65 (C.P./ C.D. ) P.T.4., it is important to do an application in order to make an Institute to be affiliated from University under 2F. It can be accssible that 400 meter Running Track and other Play Grounds in the Institute within 4 Acres lands and Classroom, Laboratory etc. are to be built step by step within l Acre land. Then, the UGC gives a Certificate of 1 2B to the institute.
Now, it is necessary to present different project to UGC through University, after getting a certificate 2F and 12B. The institute is able to submit a budget that includes Budget Rs. 2.50 lakhs for Minor Research Project, Rs. lO to 13 lakhs for Major Research Project, Rs. 5 to 7 Lakhs under Career Orientation Programme, Rs 1.5 Cr. for Innovative Report, Rs.5 lakh for equipments of Sports and Rs.1.5 cr. for infrastructure. Further for autonomous college i present autonomous CPE Budget Rs.8cr.& lto 1.5 Cr. to lead to quality perfection to create an autonomous identity. The college has submitted different project to UGC. The budget of Rs. lcr. is ready under the Development Project; for that the college has made Budget of 95 lakhs.
To lead to be an autonomous status and to showa1ity Education to NAAC, the Institute approaches to lead different projects like Water Testing lah,Soil Testing, Noble Metals, Language Lab, Delnet. Connectivity, YCMU's VLC Programme etc. As per vision of Inštitute 2013 to be an autonomous and 20l7examination-results as per syllabus, it depends on several noble metals to be found in the soil of Mangaiwedha dist-Solapur, Maharashtra; On that basis, it is our sincere attempt how college will create its identity, till 2020.
According to 2011, APQN (Asia) Pacific Quality Network Scheme and Objective Bangalore, if the world has become a Global village, it will be our attempt to prove our quality as per law and state for the Reassessment of College.
It is to be our priority to provide Quality Education according to 12th Five Year Plan of UGC. Such information has been given in Chennai by DR. Puran Dhareshwari, the Minister of Human Resource Development. In the l2" Five Year Plan, there is a dire need of Quality and skill based Education. While enhancing quality and research, it is must to develop various dimensions of education for Eternal Development. Dr. Jang-Jyi Jiang (Heeact, Taiwan), who studied about the quality education in Taiwan, states that it is important to prove our quality and present before media. And it is the responsibility of media to put a light on a drop of sea-water and to bring it before multi-lingual world.
